    I don't want to miss a minute of tonight's heated VP debate, but what in the world is going on with Biden tonight? He's coming off so smug and rude as Rep. Ryan is speaking tonight. He's sat there and laughed, and had a grin on his face throughout almost all of the serious discussions thus far.

     

    This is disgusting. He's being such a jerk.
