Huntington Beach before the Storm
This morning in Huntington Beach, I got awaken by thunderstorms. After breakfast the showers and thunderstorms has subsided so I decided to go for walk to the beach, to get some exercise. Despite that the beach was pretty much empty; you could count on one hand beach goers this morning Officer Ethyre from the California State Park was patrolling the Huntington Beach on the south side of the Huntington Pier, making sure that no one is in the distress. Officer Ethyre told me that he works 10 hours a day shifts, it’s a long day for him, even though maybe it’s easier since there is one at the beach like in the normal day, where the beach population maybe larger than small town population, he can’t afford to take his eyes off the water and the beach making sure whoever needs help today on the beach will receive the help without a minute delay. Huntington Beach is very beautiful this morning, the air was so clear and crisp that I could see the Catalina Iceland in so many details. The small swell coming from the south west was very ambient. Today’s perfect weather is for anyone who like the quiet and peaceful times. Officer Ethyre is looking forward to get home this evening before the Vice presidential TV debate. During his patrol local residents stop and chat with Officer Ethyre, on the picture from the left in the car Officer Ethyre, local resident Mark and Kurt, conversing on the incoming storm. I was enjoying taking pictures since no one is interrupting me. You can see Pelicans soaring low over the waves looking for its prey. Walking back from the beach I took a stroll on the Brookhurst Street, what I call the Brooks Promenade. This street starting from Hamilton Avenue and ending at the HWY 1 called shortly PCH. You cross the PCH and you are at the Huntington Beach. The Brookhurst Street is so beautifully manicured by Huntington Beach Park workers; that I decided to share the beautiful view of hundreds of deferent species of flowers and trees and even small creatures, even spider was modeling for me today. Huntington Beach residents and officials are proud of their city beauty and making sure they are kept under constant beautification for everyone to enjoy. I was extremely lucky to take the images when the traffic was almost nonexistent. You can see on my images what I am taking about. Or better yet go on, down to Huntington Beach and enjoy the beautiful scenery with your own eyes.
You will be mesmerized.
