Access to Canada for religious activist Terry Jones was denied today.
One of the more popular live media news stations in Toronto reported that the Canadian border officials "couldn't find if he had a criminal record or not."
Are you serious? How can a border that has undergone massive security upgrades not "know" if Terry Jones has a criminal record?
I'd be more inclined to believe that the fascists that often make decisions for this country told the border agency to not let Jones in for fear of violent retaliations against him.
It seems obvious that the officials in charge are stripping away our basic rights any time they choose.
