    Undecided voter: Biden/Ryan both strong candidates

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     First-time voter marcusharun, 20, is still undecided after the vice presidential debate. The Independent said that both Biden and Ryan did well, but that he doesn’t think either candidate won the debate. 'I wouldn't necessarily vote for someone because they had a good performance in the VP debate, but I would not vote for someone if their VP did not look like they could handle being the vice president,' he said. 'Both of them made me confident that either could be president. But my decision needs to come from the top of the ticket, from the president.' marcusharun's deadline for deciding who he will vote for is the last presidential debate, he said.
