Critical Issue Ignored…Again.

Correction: Unemployment at 13% for African Americans, 10% for Hispanics. However the point remains.
With so many issues facing our cities; high unemployment and deteriorating infrastructure, just to name a few, can't figure out why this isn't apart of the political dialogue.
If this election is about the economy, why do we continue to ignore this critical element of our economy?
