Yet another independent study released Oct 12 by the Joint Committee on Taxation found that even by eliminating all deductions, taxing municipal bonds and ramping up levies on investments would only net enough revenue to cut tax rates by 4%.
It is becoming extremely evident that either your tax plan simply doesn't add up, or you've thought of something that nobody else on the planet has. Either way, it is about time you showed the respect to the American people and get VERY specific about this plan...much more that your usual pretty sounding "5-point plan" that doesn't actually say anything.
Q: Exactly how do you plan to achieve your tax plan without raising taxes, incurring user-fees, AND increasing the military budget by $2 Trillion? It just doesn't add up.
