A silent candle light demo arranged by Pasban Sindh for Malala & Aafia
A candle light vigil was organized by Pasban Sindh at the Hyderabad press club today. Addressing the participant’s president Pasban Sindh Rafiq Ahmed Khaskheli said that Malala, Aafia, and droned children are all the victims of WAR ON TERROR. He further said that this is not our war and beneficiary of it is only the United States. It’s not a win win situation. We need to change our foreign policies. He lamented at Gen Musharraf who compromised on the sovereignty of Pakistan and made it the front line state in the war. He emphasized that the interim government should be based on those people who have a good track record and enjoy public trust so that a good foundation of Pakistan's foreign policies is laid down so that the next elected government find no excuse to follow the policies which are solely in the interest of the imperialist regime. The participants were carrying photos of the victims.
