Homemade Chicken Pot Pie
I made this in a cooking class some 6 odd years ago and thought I might make it again. Took 15 minutes to prep and 30 minutes to bake. Makes 4 generous servings. When I do it again I will substitute chicken gravy for chicken broth. I added diced onions and mushrooms to the recipe below.
