    Evil Dead and Walking Dead Take Over Day 3 of New York Comic Con

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     ByHandMedia has been posting photos from New York Comic Con all weekend. He is a fan of 'movies, comics and science fiction. Popular culture is one of my favorite subjects to shoot.' Favorite panel from Saturday? '"The Walking Dead" event, where many of the show stars talked about the new season and previewed the first 5 minutes of the season 3 premiere.'     My third day of New York Comic-Con was surrounded by celebrities. I attended panels that included: the cast & crew of the TV show Haven, which included previews of upcoming episode clips; Previously unseen footage from the upcoming DC animated film Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 2; filmmaker James Wan brought exclusive footage from his upcoming horror ghost story The Conjuring; Oscar-winning director Barry Levinson, who previewed his upcoming eco-thriller The Bay; director Richard LaGravenese and the cast of Beautiful Creatures hosted a panel about their new film; panels previewing remakes of the cult classic films Carrie & Evil Dead; and finally, I was able to learn more about new The Walking Dead characters - Michonne, played by Danai Gurira and The Governor, played by David Morrissey.

    Preview photos in this set include: Talking Dead host Chris Hardwick, who hosted a number of entertainment panels on Saturday; one of the few costumed fans I was able to shoot on day 3; new The Walking Dead characters David Morrissey & Danai Gurira; Chandler Riggs talks to fans during The Walking Dead panel event on Saturday; Lili Taylor and Patrick Wilson during the panel for their film The Conjuring; Ron Livingston during The Conjuring panel; Barry Levinson talks to Chris Hardwick during his panel for the film The Bay; Emmy Rossum & Zoey Deutch talk to attendees of the panel for their film Beautiful Creatures; Julianne Moore & Chloe Grace Moretz talk about their mother/daughter relationship in the remake of the film Carrie; and Bruce Campbell and Jane Levy talk about remaking the cult classic trailer-in-the-woods horror Evil Dead.
