Disability Activists Demand PA Governor Restore Services

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     David Atias photographed a protest taking place at the Governor's Mansion in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on October 14. He says the protests are in response to Gov. Corbett’s proposed budget cuts which will affect seniors and people with disabilities who receive Medicaid community based services. ‘The budget cuts have meant that people who get health services in their own homes are in danger of being put into (more expensive) institutions,’ he says.
