    Is It Right?

    Two weeks ago the owners of this house were foreclosed on and evicted. I don't know them or why they were foreclosed on. But last week I noticed one of the former owners coming back and digging up the flower bed to remove the flowers. Did she had a legal or moral right to remove the flowers?
