Questions for Candy Crowley
I would like Mr. Obama to answer the following questions concerning Obamacare.
It is my understanding this law is already in place and is being enforced. Under new Medicare laws if an individual is over the age of 70, before any surgery can be performed it must be approved by a health panel made up of mainly non physicians.
Who appoints this panel and how are the decisions made? Why is the physician no longer able to make the best health care decision for the patient sitting in front of them?
Second under the new Medicare law there is now a policy in place that does not allow a patient to be hospitalized twice in one month without the hospital being penalized? Does this not impede delivery of appropriate treatment forcing physicians to use less affective care?
