    Frankenstein in My Garden !

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     When 3Bobby moved to Rainham, Essex, he realized his new neighbors love spooky Halloween decoration. He put up his own display and enjoyed a great success with the local trick-or-treaters. Since then, his house became a Halloween hot spot for friends and family. Last year, even Frankenstein came by!
