    Question for the Candidates: Big Government -vs- Small Government

    I am a registered independent. I voted for George W. Bush and I voted for Obama. This is a very simple question for both candidates... the details are in the answer. What is your long view on the size of Government... meaning if you and your party could successfully execute your agenda on this issue long term, what does the Government look like in 10 years? 20 years? Ultimately? Please provide specifics on programs and a ball park figure on the budget. Please convince me why your ideology is best for our citizens. Thank you.
