    Equal Time

     
    The debate was ably managed in an impartial way by Candy with perhaps one exception… equal time. It seems that throughout the debate, the President cumulatively took more time than Governor Romney. The final count was Obama: 44:04. Romney 40:50. While it must be impossible to precisely give equal time, this level of sustained difference in time for each candidate throughout the entire debate is material and at a minimum shows at least an UNINTENTIONAL bias in favor of the President as shown by the CNN clock. Thank you
