    I would ask Romney to pledge that he will not amend his tax returns to add back the charitable deductions he did not take. He manipulated the percentage of taxes he claims he paid by omitting a large portion of his charitable deductions, but one can assume that, as soon as the election is over, he will amend and drop his tax rate to well below 10%
