CNN Fit Nation: 2013 Triathlon Challenge

Body under construction from the soul up!

My body is under construction and I'm looking for a contractor (Dr Gupta and his team) to help me reconstruct my physical body. The mental and spiritual are already works in progress. I'm a 37 year old English woman who's been through a lot over the past four years but I've come to the conclusion that I need to STOP THE MADNESS! I would be honored to be picked to be on the FITNATION team of 'like minded' people with the same goal of completing their first triathlon. I've battled with my weight all my life and 2013 marks the end of my war on weight issues... I'm holding out the white flag to say I've tried everything and I need help... there I said it (deep sigh - releasing the stress of asking). I took the bull by the horns in 2012 and set myself a challenge to run 12 races in 12 months. I'm half way through this goal but today (18 October) realized you can be fat and still be fit. I'm adventurous and have lots of energy but I'm not 100% happy. I need the body to match the sports I want to do well such as running, cycling, swimming and wake surfing to name a few. I asked you kindly to pick me and I give you my word I will not let you or the Fitnation team down. I'm ready and willing.
