“Dancing with the Stars” Goes Shrimp Burger

As millions of people around the nation tune in to the popular show “Dancing with the Stars,” they will see the celebrities dance, laugh, and have a great time. But, behind the scenes, what the fans don’t see is that many of these celebrities are reaching for something different. And that 'different something' just happens to be the most famous shrimp burger around – “The Original Shrimp Burger,” now available in over 2,500 stores across the nation.

“We love it when the Dancing with the Stars celebrities give it up for our shrimp burgers,” explains Shawn Davis, otherwise known as Chef Big Shake, who is the founder of CBS Foods and The Original Shrimp Burger. “They love them, they don’t mind showing their love for them, and there’s no doubt that they will have a better shot on the show if they nourish their body with a shrimp burger prior to hitting the stage.”

Recently, such “Dancing with the Stars” luminaries as Chelsie Hightower, Joey Fatone, Val Chmerkovskiy, Florence Henderson and Tony Dovolani were all found and photographed touting The Original Shrimp Burger. Fans of the burgers, their images can be found on the CBS Foods Website under the celebrity photo tab, at http://www.chefbigshake.com.

No stranger to reality television himself, Chef Big Shake was a contestant on the television show “Shark Tank” in 2011. On the show he was seeking funding for his shrimp burger business. He wasn’t successful in obtaining it on the show, but when the show was over he had no problem finding investors who saw the value and potential in his product.

The Original Shrimp Burger is available in five frozen varieties, including original, jalapeño, Cajun, teriyaki, and Chesapeake Bay flavor. They are high in protein, low in fat, and a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids. In addition to shrimp burgers, CBS Foods also offers lobster sliders, lobster pot pie, and lobster mac and cheese in their product line. For more information on Chef Big Shake, or to visit the store locator, visit the site at www.ChefBigShake.com.
