    Message & Freedom for Malala

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     DaElmersBack shared a message for Malala, the girl shot by the Taliban. 'What kind of people would shoot a young girl for expressing her opinions and views? I feel blessed to live in America ... We all want to be free.'

    Sometimes we take our Freedoms for granted, never seeing the other side of that coin. What happened to Malala can not be described in words. What the Taliban did to her is like no religion I have ever known or want to know for that matter..

     

    I can only tell you Malala that the whole world is praying and watching you now. You have our full and undivided attention. You have put a message out into this world that even the Taliban can't EVER take away from you.

     

    I pray for you to be as free as I am. I hope you get better and leave a mark in this world no one will ever forget. Get Well Soon.
