    Possible stolen kid

    One of my contacts in facebook had the attached picture in her posting about this little girl that is selling bubble gum in the streets of Guadalajara Mexico, and according to the comments there, the adults couple that have the kid have very dark skin (almost black), and as you can see in the picture the little kid is blond with blue eyes. It is an exploited kid, that potentially may have been kidnapped. If there is something you can do about it would be great. I don't live in Mexico, I am in the USA that's why I cannot do anything from here.
