    Thousands march to Tahrir square

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     arasquare told me, 'The marches started after Friday prayers and all moved towards Tahrir square where a mass rally was organized. Many movements and political parties announced last week that they will organize a mass rally at Tahrir square and that's how I knew about it. Protesters chanted mainly against the unrepresentative constituent assembly, the rule of the Muslim Brotherhood and for social justice. Protesters held signs calling for a constitution for all Egyptians.' He said there were a few minor clashes.

    Thousands of Egyptians marched to Tahrir square on Friday, October 19, demanding a better representation of all Egyptians in the constituent assembly and social justice. The participants were the 6th of April Youth Movement, the Revolutionary Socialists, the Popular Current and the Constitution party. There were three main marches from Ramses square, Mostafa Mahmoud square and Sayeda Zeynab district. The marches started after Friday prayers. Protesters chanted against the unrepresentative constituent assembly, against the rule of the Muslim Brotherhood and for social justice.
