STRATEGY

1. The Republicans change their stand on different issues during the debates, more viewers shortly before the elections. I believe this is why we don't see a large scope of issues during these debates to allow them to do this.

What happened to the famous "flip flopper" political label applied to Senator John Kerry?

2. While human rights defenders who document cyberbullying and suicides through influence of the mind are attacked through police false allegations and organized crime who try to inflict deadly cancers through powerful radar assaults during these long and delayed criminal proceedings, what I believe is linked to repression and repressing information, the Supreme Court of Canada is looking into giving the police tools to police the internet for cyberbullying, a serious contradiction. The Republicans want to force women to have babies but do not support planned parenting, a similar contradiction. (Women's Rights)

We need President Barack Obama to keep the pressure on Oil Corporations and Energy Corporations to improve fuel efficiency, reduced CO2 emissions, and find solutions for themselves and us.

The Republicans used delay tactics during the Health Care Reform debates, produced a plan of a shrinking market, etc, Senator Brown was elected and they tried to kill health care reform. They are again using delays for a relief farm bill linked to climate change and drought "farmers in limbo until after the elections".

Supreme Court of Canada on Cyberbullying

The Police, "Secret Police", Court System, are linked to a criminal harassment network and organized crime in Canada. The Repression strategy they are using in Canada is to use expensive judicial proceedings, false allegations, addressing constitutional questions, and lawsuits to drain the finances of targeted citizens while they are assaulted over months and years with powerful radar assaults in attempts to inflict deadly cancers. In the case of Danny Hunt they used the criminal allegation of uttering threats on facebook towards women from a published Mobbing Research article on CNN iReport that was shared on the Facebook CSPAN discussion area. They entered his home without a warrant, seized his computers without a warrant, and tried to using non-criminal responsibility before trial to circumvent his right to a trial and these serious charter of rights violations, which also included the freedom of expression. The "Canadian Free Press" said nothing about these criminal allegations and the obvious violation of the freedom of expression, and still have not mentioned it after almost two years. The criminal proceedings where long and delayed during this period of time that he was attacked through organized crime and powerful radar assaults, the police seemed to be imposters at one point, and all the charter violations where dismissed at trial, including the freedom of expression. He obtained the return of his private computers but was never able to obtain a court order to destroy any existing copies given the Crown prosecutors claim that they were none, which was linked to a charter violation and the Crown needing to justify this seizure that was dismissed as mentioned. The use of threats by organized crime and participants were constantly the same, if you are defending yourself you are working and will lose your means of subsistence, psychiatric intervention that leads to incarceration and the assessment order, and if you expose us you will be sued. The exposure is on the internet. Danny Hunt wanted to address constitutional questions and use a civil lawsuit to recover the loss but could not do so because of this organized crime linked to inflicting deadly cancer, the powerful radar assaults. Danny Hunt and this website documents cyberbullying and the cause of suicides through influence of the mind, this human rights defender was attacked through false allegations and powerful radar assaults. This new cyberbullying law permits organized crime, participants, and the police to use lawsuits and the threat of lawsuits to prevent the exposure and what is written about what happened.

It is for the children and to protect the children? "The decision leaves open how the courts may  deal with protecting the privacy of adults in similar circumstances.", it is to permit the Police and Crown prosecutors a method of obtaining the IP address and identity of targeted citizens for lawsuits.

It is for the mental ill and to protect the mentally ill?
