Buffalo can efficiently utilize the roughages and crop by-products into high quality milk suitable for a wide range of dairy products including butter, milk-powder, Mozzarella cheese, khoya, curd, yoghurt, shrikhand, dried ice cream mix, dairy whitener etc.
