    Halloween Dog Parade-NYC

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     RVCFOTO attended the Halloween Dog Parade in New York City on October 20. She says this is the second year of the parade and it is a big hit, drawing hundreds of people to watch the event. As a dog lover, she says she could not get enough of seeing pets dressed up in costumes. 'Those costumes made me laugh so much. I had a great time,' she said.
    - Jareen, CNN iReport producer

With Halloween almost here our little four legged furry friends celebrated with their own parade on Saturday Oct 20th at the 22nd annual Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade. This parade seems to be getting bigger every year. It took 4 hours for all the dogs to show their costumes to the judges and photographers.

Prizes were given to about 30 dogs and their owners. At the end Best in Show was awarded to Maddie and her owner for “E-T”.

Fantastic time was had by all and the dogs were on their best behavior.
