CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Fredsta got Lucky when he was eight weeks old because he was the last dog left in a neighbor's free puppy litter. He was just as cute as the other puppies, but he was the last to go because earlier he rolled in dog poop and was the smelliest pup. But this didn’t stop Fredsta from adopting Lucky and little did he know, he was in store for a real treasure.

Lucky isn’t like most dogs, he wags his tail vertically. Fredsta says many have never seen a dog like Lucky and his unique tail wagging is always a conversation starter. He was about a year old when his family started noticing Lucky's unique gift. Fredsta says Lucky is extremely sweet and very loving. He calls Lucky 'the Dog Whisperer' because he makes friends with everyone he meets.
