    Foreign Policy Question for Both - Europe Unanswered

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     k3vsDad who is leaning for Romney told me, 'The bear sleeping in the room that was not discussed tonight was the looming economic crisis that has never ended in Europe. For U.S. economic survival we must be prepared if Europe falls back into recession or depression. The impact of a fall would affect the entire world and would push the U.S. closer to another economic downturn. Yet for some reason, Europe was ignored while the military hot spots and China received all the attention.'

    Not one word was mentioned tonight about the economic abyss that awaits if Europe falls. Neither candidate addressed this issue as if Europe did not exist.

    This was my question:

    A question for both candidates: if the European Union falls into another recession or worse a depression, what steps will your Administration take to limit the impact on the US economy?
