CNN PRODUCER NOTE     This story from lybarra1 is on Nancy's Radar. A memorial Facebook page has been set up seeking 'Justice for Shelby.'

lybarra1 attended the same high school and was friends with Harmon, who was hit and killed Saturday morning, according to a CNN affiliate.

The iReporter said she posted Harmon's story on CNN iReport 'to be her voice and tell her story like so many other people in our community are trying to do.' She adds, 'There are very few people you will meet in this world that were like Shelby, kind and loving, full of spunk and loud, that laugh was always loud and proud. She accepted you as you were and never asked you to be more. She never met a stranger and it is a tragedy what happened.'
