    First light on Whitefish Lake

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iVideoMarket photographed these beautiful images of snow covered Whitefish City Beach in Whitefish, Montana, on October 23. He told me, 'The day before, the snow began to fall on the valley floor for the first time this year. I knew this would change the landscape and lighting of what is always an awesome sunrise, so I decided to take my photographer friend out before the sun came up to capture the magic that Mother Nature gives us.' His first photo was featured as CNN Travel Photo of the Day for December 26, 2012.

    As the snow began to fall yesterday, October 22nd, I knew the sunrise today would deliver a new landscape in an already beautiful place.
