    So who would profit off Romney proposal to build more Navy ships. John F. Lehman a former navy Secretary and a currant adviser to the Mitt Romney campaign , Who also sits on some boards of directors of other companies I guess this is a good way to pay back the people who gave Romney campaign money to get him elected.
