    My fellow teachers took me to a local roadside shack where the boys like to eat like kings. It's really meaty and the vegetable side of chinese cabbage (kalisi) with seasoned sauteed onions (onioni) was my favorite to accompany that crispy fried chicken tasting just like I've had back home in the south. Each plate is filled to the brim and costs a mere 3 USD. You can't beat that to fill your soul with food made with love from this soulful Pacific Island!
