    Vakaloa Resort Restaurant

    On the west side of the island you can stay at the resort here, go for a swim or just go for lunch and get the view of the ocean while dining on a variety of dishes, my favorite which is their ota ika (raw fish salad) with a cool green coconut to sip on. They've also got great fish and chips, too. Yes, it IS a resort, and we usually go here for conferences, however, since the island is so small, it's all fair game in the restaurant business and special occasions are held here along with weekend dances and banquets.
