iCoffee is My Coffee
At iCoffee here downtown they serve Tongan-grown coffee in a variety of ways with a heavy dose of personality plus. All the staff are attentive and really know how to show the Friendly Islands visitors why Captain Cook coined the phrase. Just ask anybody who's been there, it's quick becoming a local favorite. There are pancakes or egg specials for breakfast (my poached eggs were picture perfect!) and assorted delicious sandwiches and toasty panini that are made with interesting combinations. They are even open for a few hours on Sunday...a really rare thing here in Tonga. You can read while you sip-or munch while you watch- the world go by enjoying your break from the everyday.
