squatter problem
I have a next door neighbor that has lived in a house for over a year and has trashed our neighborhood, his dogs have attacked my family and he is a reported for indecent exposure. Why should he live there for free and we have to work hard to pay for our bills. He is very strange and he may be doing something illegal. His truck hardly ever leaves and he goes to a storage unit across the street on a frequent basis. We have HOA fees and who pays for his fees and why does he not receive a letter for his unkept lawn. The house was supposed to be auctioned on Oct 2 of this year but no one seems to care. The HOA will not call me back, the police don't seem to have an answer for me and the Rockwall constable stated does not have an answer for me either. Please advise me of what can be done about this. Thanks
