Billy Ray Cyrus is: Kip Moore
It all came to me during supper and i realized that kip moore and billy ray look alike and sound alike. Almost to the point that it is creepy. Then i thought his daughter was in her prime when she doubled as "Hannah Montana" and then hit a downward spiral. Billy Ray is in his prime i think. So that idea lead to my huge idea that Kip Moore is B. Cyrus' double and way to escape the spotlight. The only problem is he went into the spotlight. Not as bright but it is up and coming. His spiral is coming. I feel this from the innermost part of my body... HINT its my heart
