    Is that true immigrants are so depressed in their new life?

     

    They were born in another country in the world. Grown different social customs. They had sweet dreams for their future. Suddenly something has changed in their land and their INNER Peace begins shaking down. These people want to go abroad for a good salary or live in a better democracy. Many of them have a degree in hand and full of expectations.
    When these people make the first step towards foreign countries, overcoming all obstacles unimaginable , sell their family long time proprieties. Paying all the money for these agencies who promise them a world of brilliant gold and a better job they dreamed of forever. When they put the foot in the new earth wakeup from a long dream unexpected. After long journey found a roof to sleep under their head. Planning to build a new life accept any job is offered. At this point they realize that their social life, less than imagined. New friends are not always like old friends. The surrounding is not very willing to accept the newcomer. The circle becomes limited. Expectations becoming very difficult. During this time if they are married and reunite with their wife and children, the income does not help to maintain a proper life. Small problems becoming big. Big problems remain unsolved. Only an income for the family, school fees, electricity bills, telephone bills are there to look at these people as a invisible eyes opend ghost . The first syndrome of emigrant's depression these people start to cut communication with their family as mother, father and siblings. Become close friends just friends. The communication channels with external reduced to the essentials.
    No friends, no family, no money how easy a person falls into depression. Uncompressed these guys could never stand up for themselves. They need help! Integration with neighbors, colleagues, understanding, good heart could give them an first step help. It also needs a good psychologist. It 's very important to continue to recognize those eyes depressed. Nobody can see what happens inside those souls misunderstood. We know that we live in a different culture this is not the surfing game, sometimes just a rough wave that overwhelmed our entire existence
