No, but still we have to listen direction from government like a missionary of Saintification, And it's fine, because the most saintness is Love. and it must be wroten in the constitution to remind always about humanity destination, which is Love

because constitution of Love guarant to all citizens first meaning and last meaning of social coexistence.
