    I'm a South Carolina girl who just recently started competing in triathlons. People ask me how I got into triathlon and well I got into them after getting out of an abusive relationship. Triathlon was the therapy I needed and it has absolutely changed my life for the better and has reminded me how strong I am and that I can do anything that I can dream and that you can be you again after tragedy.
