    Mt. Gaustatoppen - the most beautiful peak in Norway

    If you ever plan a vacation in Norway, we would suggest spending a couple of days in the county of Telemark, in the South-central part of the country. Here you'll find thousands of lakes and hundreds of rivers, streams, valleys and mountain-peaks.

    Among these is the 1883 meters / 6178 ft. tall Mt. Gaustatoppen, the highest and most beautiful peak in Southern Norway. Nearly all year long, you can either walk up to the top, or use the lift (the "Gaustabanen") inside the mountain, which carries you all the way up.

    In the meantime, please enjoy these 111 photo's of this amazing mountain, which are shot from many different places around Telemark County.
