The GOP - Attacking Your Wife and Daughters

If you are thinking about voting for any Republicans in this election, imagine two scenarios.

Your 17 year old daughter is raped. She gets pregnant. Besides the trauma of being raped, she is reminded of that horrible experience every day, as are you, your wife, every person that cares for her. She has to walk around with a growing belly at school every day. She has to leave school to give birth. She now has a child that she either has to give up for adoption or keep and try to raise. She now has a choice of dropping out of school or having to try to juggle raising a child and go to school at 17 years old.

Your wife is raped. She gets pregnant. Besides the trauma of being raped, she is reminded of that horrible experience every day, as are you and every person that cares for her. She gives birth.. Maybe you don't want a child. Maybe you can't afford another child. Maybe you don't want a child whose DNA is of the man who raped your wife.

There is NO denying that as far right as the GOP has gone these days, this is absolutely a possibility.

I am not even going to get into the FACT that if your daughter or you cannot afford another child, you are screwed, because if the Republicans get their way, they will virtually eliminate all assistance for health care, costs of raising a child, education - everything. The above scenario alone is reason enough.

The sole ideology driving this insane policy from the GOP is religion. And as we saw on 9/11, religious extremism is one of the - if not the - most dangerous forces in the world.

ANYBODY who would vote for a party that would let this scenario happen to your loved ones is an uncaring, STUPID person. That's a fact. Any decent, rational person would never put a party in office who would let this happen.

Think about this. And don't be an idiot.
