    My Name is Tonya Marshall I'm 32 years old and live in Winder GA. I'm a step mother of two wonderful kids. I weigh 240 pounds. I want to lose weight for me to know I will be around for a long time. My birth mother is over weight and I take after her. I have overcome a lot in my life but I can't get the weight off. I feel like a cow and when I have to go shopping with my step daughter I just want to cry because there are things I can fit into and she loves to have me try on things that there is no way I can fit into.
    Why I want to be part of the CNN fit Nation is because its time for a change. I want to be the fit person I use to be.Everyday I deal with so may life things its unreal. I want to show the world that I can over come this weight. I feel that everyone looks down on me. I have a learning disability that effects my spelling and reading. I may not be able to over come that but my weight I can with the help of the CNN staff. All I ask is give me a chance.
