I saw several judges and at one point my Appeal was not given to the judge along with an Abuse of Process motion, so this was rejected and the proceedings continued. During the proceedings I sent faxes to News Papers and TV News Media across Canada to advise them of this obvious Freedom of Expression violation, none to this day has ever mentioned these allegations or proceedings. At trial there were several charter violations that were presented including the Freedom of Expression, all were dismissed. Conclusion, the News Media in Canada is not a "free press", it is controlled, the Freedom of Expression charter right and freedom is not worth the paper it is written on, and in my opinion the court system staff, judges, and Crown Prosecutors are corrupt. In 1999, during the spring of Cho's eighth grade year, the Columbine High School massacre made national news. Cho was transfixed by it. "I remember sitting in Spanish class with him, right next to him, and there being something written on his binder to the effect of, you know, ' 'F' you all, I hope you all burn in hell,' which I would assume meant us, the students," said Ben Baldwin, a classmate of Cho.[25] Also, Cho wrote in a school assignment about wanting to "repeat Columbine". What You Do Not Know About Repression and People "Hitting Back at Society" By Committing Terrible Crimes - (news flash)

The Police and Secret Police are linked to a criminal harassment network that uses threats and intimidation to [1] eliminate a targeted citizens means of subsistence pre-criminal allegations or during criminal allegations to circumvent the rights citizens have and to make conviction easier, the homelessness weapon. [2] During criminal proceedings these use powerful radar assaults focused on the shins, lungs, and testicles to prevent a proper defense, any resulting lawsuits from false allegations, and to inflict serious or deadly illness. When targeted citizens "hit back" by committing terrible crimes, these hide the cause and advocate gun control as a solution.

The question or point, hiding the cause and gun control is a solution for these criminal harassment networks involved in repressing citizens through homelessness and through cancer causing technology but is this a solution for the population? It adds up to a defenseless population that is subjugated and abused through organized crime.

This is what happened to me in Canada. I am the creator and founder of Psychological Harassment Information Association, the only English website on psychological harassment. Even after explaining that I had a website on the issue of psychological harassment, bullying, mobbing, and that this was a published article on CNN iReport he told me that I had written an article about Marc Lepine and people who write articles about these terrible crimes tend to do the same .... I was assaulted with powerful radar and radiation technology linked to deadly cancers throughout the long and delayed criminal proceedings in my own home, public places, and court house. I first believed that the combination of calcium depletion and radar assaults was an attempt to manipulate the targeted citizen in absorbing neurotoxic metals like lead when attempting to shield themselves from the radar assaults, lead is used in the industry to shield from x-rays and radar. And this may be true since calcium depletion is linked to bad health, heart disease, colon cancer, brain health, and lead would increase the attack on the brain; The targeting system theory is linked to the fact that similar to absorbing more lead due to the calcium depletion, the targeted citizen can also absorb more radioactive isotopes used in a targeting system, which can be linked to the powerful radar assaults and powerful radar streams aimed at the shin bone, hips and butt, "how can they see me in my own home?"
