    Sandy Floods Miami Beach

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     MSanchez78 captured video of flooding in Miami, Florida, as a result of Hurricane Sandy's outer rain bands. He says some areas around Miami the flooding was around two feet high. 'It was just so weird to see that -- quite unusual. The traffic was at a dead halt,' he said.
