    Disabled boy gets beaten and the bully is only charged with simple assault.

    A 14 year old local boy who has cerebral palsy was beaten by a senior football player at school. The disabled boy ended up with a swollen eye that he can barely open, scratches to the face, a chipped tooth, the inside of his mouth bruised, and his lip split. The senior got expelled for the rest of the school year, but is only being charged with simple assault. This sounds more like a hate crime and this family deserves justice.
