Sticky Situation: Advisory Alert!
Politics sometimes replicates life.
I just got a recall notice in the mail on the organic peanut butter I purchased several months ago. I'm half way through the jar. It might be contaminated, but it might just be a precaution.
I can return my peanut butter to Costco for a full refund. But Costco is 70 miles from here. Should I ditch it, keep it or what? I am not sure. I don't know when I will be going to Spokane, but it might be soon. A friend just invited me to go because her computer crashed and she wants to take it in to get repaired.
Maybe I'll make some art with the pb. I'll make it political art, of course. Any suggestions? ;)
photo taken by me in my kitchen. That's the peanut butter in question. I thought I was buying a healthy product. Of course, we never really know.
Buy local and ask questions about how your food is grown!
I also want to give a shout out to all who are in the way of the coming storm back east. Be safe! Be prepared! I hear ecotraveler and ryn are in the danger zones. I think others may be too and not realize what they may be in for. Check your local advisories people!
Thanks for reading!
