    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     ESwitzer took this photo of Hurricane Sandy's winds roughing up the waves of Carolina Beach in North Carolina. She says, 'water was only affecting the beach front street with minor flooding at the time, maybe six inches or so at most.' She snapped the picture 'before the winds started kicking up and it has been raining heavily since.'
