    Upside-down Rainbow

    Unusual upside down rainbow ("smile of God") spotted over Basking Ridge, NJ. I believe it's a rare circumzenthil arc....Hurricane Sandy is supposed to make landfall in two days. I'm not sure if it's a good sign, but it's definitely a strange one!
