I am a big supporter of voting and always encourage people to register to vote based of facts and their own decisions. This election, I was not very happy with some of the comments made by Mitt Romney during the political debates. I also am not happy with the women issues that are being raised and put on the line this election. We are in 2012 and those issues should not be discussed any longer as women have already won that battle! So this year for Halloween I decided to dress up as a "Binder Full of Women." My Binder is filled with images of women and other viral mocks of this statement made by Mitt Romney. The Binder reads "Binders full of women, Vol. 47." To support my costume, my boyfriend dressed up as Mitt Romney with an amazing Big Bird stuffed animal prop. I do want to add that I was a registered Independent and just recently changed it, while my boyfriend was a registered Republican who voted for Mitt Romney for Governor of Massachusetts and also just recently changed to the Democratic Party (this year). We are both from the Boston area.
