    Sandy impacts Nauset Beach Cape Cod

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     joni captured a video of strengthen waves off the coast of Cape Cod on October 28. She is already preparing for the storm, buying batteries and moving her lawn furniture indoors. 'I was down at the water yesterday and I noticed all the boats were being brought in, and fishermen were also bringing in their lobster traps,' she said. She says the fisherman in her area expressed concerns about the wind speeds because of Hurricane Sandy. 'They are taking this seriously, and I am listening to the fishermen,' she said.

    Locals gather at the beach to hear the roar of the ocean as Sandy makes its way up the coast.
