    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Christoper Story captured video of the ocean in Buxton, North Carolina. He says the winds are picking up, and the waves are coming over the dunes every five minutes. He says he is prepared for Hurricane Sandy, stocking up on a week supply of food and candles.
