CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Nikolge recorded this footage of Hurricane Sandy affecting the Hudson River in Jersey City, New Jersey, on October 29. The water can be seen here rising over the Jersey City Waterfront Walkway. He says trees are down in the area, there is a ton of debris in the Hudson and winds are at maintaining a speed of 40-50 miles per hour.

PLEASE NOTE: Sandy is an extremely dangerous storm. We urge iReporters to take caution when documenting the storm and follow local guidance. For storm information specific to your area, please monitor warnings issued by your local National Weather Service forecast office.
